Blog 1 Double Exposure

I really love this picture because Sandra Bullock is amazing. The picture itself was simple. I took an image of  a stair way out of heaven and put Sandra Bullock from the movie Miss Congeniality (one of my favorites) on top of it. After that, I slowly took away each piece of background off of Sandra's body. This picture is accurate to me because Sandra Bullock is an angel from heaven. She is America's sweetheart and my favorite actress!

Blog one: Double Exposure: The Seal Samurai

I got the idea for this picture last year when I mispronounced The ”Steel Samurai“ as the ”Seal Samurai.” I made this picture mainly for humorous purposes however it does bring me satisfaction knowing no one else has created something like this.

blog 1 double exposure

The photo I had done was Micheal Jordan and the background was the stadium in Chicago. What i did was take out most of the dark shadow around Micheal and the quote, but if i was gonna change anything i would have changed it to were there is no line under Micheal Jordan.

Double exposure

This photo is of an eye with Flames inside of it. I chose this because it seemed easy and fun.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

I took the photo of the tree while on a family vacation in Shasta. I found the photo of the dancers on the internet and copy and pasted them to my original photo.  I then made the gamma levels and the saturation levels the same.  I like that the emotion from the dancers and the lack of color are synonymous creating an overall moody photo.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

For this Double Exposure I used this picture of Keely and Amy because they're one of my best friends. I also used a picture of a galaxy because I really like the stars and galaxy designs.

Blog1: Double Exposure Collage

This photo was an idea that I got from watching anime. I used Happy (Fairy Tale), Master Korin (Dragon Ball), and Chopper (One Piece) to put in a class room to look like they are teaching. This is mainly meant to be a humorous picture for my satisfaction. Happy the (white) cat would teach life skills, Korin the (white) cat would teach P.E. or Kung Fu, and Chopper the Reindeer to teach medicine. I created this picture by obtaining all three photos from Google and as well got a picture of a class room and placed all three in.

Blog 1 - Misc Photo

I just joined photo, so I have no assignments to show, but I do some photography on my own. This is a photo of my dog, Gremlin, that I didn't like when I took it but love now that it's been edited. I edited this in Lightroom rather than Photoshop. I started by upping the exposure and contrast as well as lightening the shadows. Once done with that, I raised the saturation, dimmed any blue hues I could find in the white, and brightened the oranges, yellows, greens, and reds. I warmed the photo just a tiny bit to give it a dreamy feel, and finally added vignetting to the edges of the photo to make the subject pop. I really like this particular photo because of the contrast between the bright red bandana and the the yellow-green grass, as well as the contrast between all of the colors and my dog's gray harness.

For this picture I used the background of a city with the clouds opening. Then I looked for the book cover of Hush Hush and used the fallen angel from the cover. I used the brush and masking technique for the angel. I also lowered the opacity on it.  This picture means that not all angels are perfect and that they do make mistakes.

This photo is of an eye with the skyline of Dubai in it. I was inspired to make this picture because of the extreme amount of poverty and suffering people in Dubai face even though it is one of the richest largest cities in the world. There are small shacks next to skyscrapers and there is so much wealth it would be easy to spread it around it makes me sad.

Blog 1: Double Exposure

I came across a picture of a girl walking on a road and thought it would be a good idea to Photoshop her on an abandoned railroad. I liked this picture of  the railroad because it is gloomy outside and it really captures the picture. The grass on the hills are also dead which also helps make this photo.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

For San Francisco they have two teams for two different sports. There are the San Francisco Giants who play baseball, and the San Francisco 49ers who play football. These are two of the players, one from each team; there is Buster Posey of the Giants, and Colin Kaepernick of the 49ers. I left some of the background from the original picture of both like for Posey I left the left side and for the 49ers the right side. I changed the pictures opacity so you can see the Golden Gate Bridge at night.

Blog 1: Double Exposer

I took the background of the woman with the ocean and replaced the sky with purple, blue and green smoke.

Blogger1- Donklings

At first I was going to put the ducklings face on the donkey's body but the duckling's head was not big enough to cover the donkey's ears, so I decided to put the donkey's face on the duckling's body. It looks so much cuter. I kind of want to buy one for myself, that is if they existed.

Blog 1: Double Exposure

I put together a picture of the Eiffel tower and a rock climber to create the allusion of someone scaling the tower.

Blog 1: Double Exposure

I like this picture because I am a huge fan of Titanic and this could be a tribute to the movie. A lot of people can say that Jack & Rose were one of the most loved couple for a long time. This picture can also be a symbol of Jack and Rose watching the Titanic sink. It could mean a lot of things. I think the ship is a symbol of their love, when the ship sink, their love had to sink with it.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

I made this picture by combining two pictures from the internet. The original image of the hands had more hands in the background but they faded out into the darkness. The hardest part was choosing what parts of the hands picture should remain in the image. The image represents depression, and what it feels like to be depressed.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

I combined a picture of a ballerina and the city of Paris. My initial vision was to be able to see the city through the ballerina, but around the ballerina make it black. I used the brush tool to change the opacity inside the ballerina. I could not quite get it all the be the same exact opacity, but I did want to make the edges harder to see through.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

This is a caraffe. I placed a cat head on top of a giraffe neck using masking technique and created a whole new animal. The original giraffe head was bigger than the cat head, so I had to use the stamp tool to make the area around the cat head blue. In the end, it came out ok.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

For this image I basically just took the body of a kangaroo and put a weasel head on it.  The process was a little difficult because I had previously tried other different animals to come together but they would never work so I became frustrated with this project but I found these two animals and they worked very well together.  When I finally got these two animals together I appreciated the sync, the background of the kangaroo looked really "beachy" and it looked good with the funny weasel face.

Blog 1 double exposure

For this photo I combined a picture of a starry sky and a ballerina. I thought it worked well  because it made the photo look like a silhouette of the ballerina, intermixed with the night sky. I think they mixed well together and the finished product was successful.

I call it a Squabbit. I found pictures of a Rabbit and a Squirrel that were just about the same color and angle.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

This is Amelia in my photography class. I wanted to add wings on her and after much trial and error, I succeeded in making a winged human through Photoshop. It was super difficult to get the wings to look realistic around her hair, but I feel I did okay for the most part.

blog 1 double exposure

This was my favorite double exposure picture. I made this photo by finding an image of a silhouette of a couple, and a picture of a sunset. the silhouette works perfectly with the sunset. It looks like a romantic date walk at the beach. It was a pretty easy process to put this picture together, but the only part that took me a while was finding the perfect position for the people.

Blog 1 double exposure

I chose this photo because I really like the coloring. I tried to leave his name and number bold but fade the rest and take out the background.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

This is my picture of Double Exposure. In this use as background an image of a landscape and put up the image of a girl with a camera. The first thing that comes to my mind when I see this picture, is a girl taking a picture of a beautiful landscape. I really loved!

Blog 1 Double Exposure

I like to combine my pictures to quotes, here is one that i think goes.
The story of life is quicker than the blink of an eye,
the story of love is hello, goodbye.

blog 1: double exposure

well one of my Friends took this awesome photo of me. Then the photo and Photoshopped it and added a really cool masking design. that i think is very truly awesome in my mind and gives me more to do on Photoshop.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

For this double exposure project, the first picture is of a random road going off into the distance, in Iceland. The second picture I put on, was of Dean Winchester, from Supernatural. Dean travels a lot with his brother and sometimes feels bad about the situation that he dragged his little brother into. So he is looking at the road thinking about a better life for his brother.

Blog 1 double exposure

On this double exposure assignment I used masking. My first layer is a picture of Chicago because there is where Jordan played at his prime and the second layer is a picture of Michael Jordan's jersey.

Double Exposture

This photo was created form a picture of one of my favorite bands, Fall Out Boy. It's suppose to represent their creativity, uniqueness, and that their songs have an infinite amount of meanings, like space itself.

Blog #1 Double Exposure

This was an ocelot which i swapped the head out for a ducks head. I then added a warming filter to the duck to make it a closer color to the ocelots body. I like this photo cause it looks funny and the ducks head fits the ocelots body.

blog 1 double exposure

This is a picture of a monkey face that is on turtles body. I added some saturation and warming filter to change the color. I like this photo because i think monkeys and turtles are cute so I added them together.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

Double Exposure assignment. I used masking and two pictures from Internet. My two pictures were the body of a cat and the head of a wolf.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

This was my Double Exposure assignment. I used my High school track as the background and used my friends face as the top layer of the photo. I then masked both images together and used the brush tool and turned up the opacity in order to see the background image. I used little opacity when I used the brush on my friends hair.

Blog #1 Double Exposure

This photo I put a snake head over a turtles. I really like this photo because the snake head really fits in with the turtle. I also added a greener color to the snakes face.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

I picked this picture because I liked how it came out. I was walking around outside and liked how the clouds looked in the sky so I took some pictures of it. A few days later I went to church with Ashley and Elizabeth and asked if I could use them for my project. Elizabeth didn't want to and it was fine with me. Ashley was okay with it so, I went for it. This was what I visioned when I made this photo. It came out really well.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

This is my double exposure assignment. I took two pictures of Juan. I did outline the bigger Juan with a darker shade and the smaller Juan with a lighter outline.

Blog 1 Double Exposure

To make this photo I used a picture of a lion and the face of a dog. To make the colors of both animals match, I changed the brightness and contrast of the dogs face.

Blog # 1 Double Exposure Collage

I picked this picture for the collage because its shows the beauty of the Noyo and who we are as Fort Bragg Timber Wolves. I used two pictures, one of the Noyo Harbor and the other of a wolf.

"Good Morning Sunshine"-Double Exposure

Double Exposure assignment. I used masking and two photographs to make this double exposure. It was early in the morning in Fort Bragg. The sunrise was really colorful, and I used a photo of my daughter.
